OSVAT – with 60+ years in the engine valve sector and exports to 80+ countries – has introduced a new EUR 2 million automated production facility at its Piobesi (Turin) facility.The technology behind this third-generation Chrome3 plant – developed and patented by SCHLÖTTER – enables nickel-free valve plating.

Fully REACH compliant, this innovative new process eliminates the use of hexavalent chromium and is PFOS- and PFAS-free, while delivering high performance and supporting environmental protection and workplace safety for the 50-strong team.
